CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
