CONSULTATIONS To provide the time and personalized attention needed to properly assess your skin and create a customized plan, consultation fees are now required for all consultations. Fees are redeemable toward products or services purchased at your appointment and are non refundable. By booking the appointment, you agree to these terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
